Ukraine needs Credits and they should be obtained in a Civilized Way Volodymyr Lytvyn
Commentaries in Mass Media concerning as though negotiations between the Government with Moscow on the loan at the amount of 5 mlrd. dollars is nothing else as one more political struggle.
The opinion was expressed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during answering the questions of the journalists.
Volodumur Lytvyn reminded that the external debt of the Ukraine is not less than 20 mlrd. dollars and any decision concerning the loans obtaining was considered at the corresponding consideration.
